POSITION: Assistant Valuer

FAPCL GROUP is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as an Assistant Valuer.
Job Requirements:

• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Land Economics
• Be a Graduate of the Institution of Surveyors Kenya (ISK)
• Proficient in computer skills, specifically ICDL
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Able to work efficiently and provide quick turnaround on assignments
• Be a mature team player
• Experience in property inspection and report writing and presentation
