Martin Dias

Group Chief Executive Officer

Martin is the founder and principle shareholder of FAPCL Group. He was very instrumental in setting up FAPCL Group from inception in 2010 and has seen the business grow in the last 9 years with a large business portfolio and a wide client base from the corporate market. He is involved full time in his role as the Chief Executive Officer and also takes responsibility as the Head of Business Development. With 25 years of wide banking experience and a strong business network, he asserts that the existence of a Board of Directors from strong professional backgrounds has been one of the key factors FAPCL Group’s exceptional performance over the years.

Innocentia Dias

General Manager

Innocentia is also a shareholder of FAPCL Group and is responsible for sales and marketing. She worked with Barclays Bank for 18 years where she covered branch banking, marketing and public relations. Her fluency in French, Italian and Spanish will give her the added advantage of exploring new business leads.

Paul M. Kaguamba

Director

Paul is a registered valuer with the Valuers’ Registration Board, Registered Estate Agent and a full member of ISK and VEMS. He is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts Land Economics from University of Nairobi. He has over 25 years experience in valuation work from firms like Kinyua Koech, Chartered Valuers and Paragon Valuers. Paul has wide experience in estate agency, valuation and management and has been involved in agency of high-end property portfolio, management, valuation of all classes of assets, market research and feasibility studies. Paul was a member of the Special Task Force that was involved in reviewing of Estate Agents Scale of Fees. He also served as an elected secretary ISK Chapter Valuers.

Peter Ndungu

Director

Peter is a Director at FAPCL Valuers Ltd. He is a registered and practicing valuer with Valuers’ Registration Board and a full member of ISK and VEMS. He is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts Land Economics from University of Nairobi. He has 22 years experience in valuation work from Bageine Karanja Mbuu Limited and Rank Global Valuers. Peter has wide experience in both rural and urban valuation. In his previous work, he has been involved in feasibility studies, site acquisitions, rental valuation and real estate market research.
